    In summer or winter season we never forget to take care of our skin. Do we ever imagine that if our nails were present on our face then they would have also looked as much dazzling as our face? Well this fact cannot be true anymore because nails are always present on the hands. But sometimes our nails can also be succeeded in becoming the center of attraction for many people but still we don’t give our huge preference to the nails. In the summer season our nails usually get rough and scratchy due to sun heat therefore they should be taken proper care and should be kept clean.     1. As women are beauty conscious for their skin in the same way they should also be protect conscious for their nails as well. While doing the households they should try to wear special gloves for cooking. In addition, while gardening special green gloves are made so that the mud may not damage the nails. Moreover, while washing utensils women should make the habit of wearing plastic gloves for protecting their hands and nails from the washing soap.
    2. Don’t forget to moisturize the nails before sleeping. Moisturizers are the nails best friends as they keep the nails clean and protective from sun rays. Make the habit of washing tour nails firstly with clean and warm water at night and then apply the moisturizer on them.
    3. Thirdly make the habit of cleaning the nails before taking the bath because while bathing your nails are often overlooked. Try to clean them with some cotton balls and don’t forget to clean the section under the nails as their cleanliness is the most significant part.
    4. Most of the women discover the appearance of white spots under or on the front side of their nails but such spots are also linked with your health as they identifies the loss of zinc in human body. For maintaining the nails try to take proper diet and such food items that are filled with calcium, iron and vitamin C too.
