Requirements and procedure of sim registration through Biometric Sim Verification Activation system is too much important. Now this time PTA brings the new system with the collaboration of NADRA (National Database and Registration Authority) is known as Biometric Verification system. This system has successful prepared a robust and authentic biometric verification system for all the telecom operators in all over the Pakistan. This system will be launched on 1st August, 2014 on the customer services center, authorized retailer and all operators’ franchises. PTA has announced there will be no SIM issue or sold or activated without this biometric verification system for any customer in all over the Pakistan from 1st August, 2014. This all system prepaid by the NADRA and all record will be verified through online. Through this system anyone customer wants to buy a new SIM then he / She follows the rules and provide their fingerprints or thumb impression with their CNIC card and verified data by the NADRA quickly and efficiently. There are a lot of benefits of this system and this system has been launched only for the security purpose in all over the Pakistan. This system is very helpful for the governments of Pakistan against the terrorism and such other street crimes. This is very secure system and free from any frauds. With the implementation of the system the old call to 789 for the SIM activation system will be removed through this advance system. There are some conditions should be followed by the customer if anyone wants to buy a new SIM.
Activation Registration Procedure Requirements:
- Customer must bring with their original CNIC at the of buy new SIM card
- Customer go for but new SIM where this new system available
- No more than five SIM issue for to any customer
- Verified yourself through this biometric system
- After the complete the procedure then you will able to receive the new SIM card
- This is very quick process and after the few minutes or purchase the SIM your SIM will be activated
