It is found that constipation can be successfully treated by increasing fiber in your diet, take a plenty of fluids and by doing exercise on daily basis.     Treatment at Home

    • Lemon and Honey

    Honey and lemon has the cure of every problem because of their mild laxative effect. By using it daily it not only prevents but also helps to treat constant constipation bouts.

    How to use: Take 2 teaspoons of honey thrice in a day. For best results, add one tablespoon of honey and one table spoon of lemon juice into the warm water mix it well and drink it on morning with an empty stomach.

    • Flaxseed Water

    Flaxseed water is known for its numerous properties but the most useful is laxative property. These are enriched in fiber also contain essential mineral Omega-3 fats to give you relief instantly.

    How to use: Mix 1 tablespoon of flaxseed into 1 glass of water, then keep this mixture aside for approximately 2-3 hours. Before going to sleep take this mixture. Moreover you can also add 2-3 tablespoons of cereals and chase it with a glass of water.

    • Milk and Molasses

    Molasses contain an essential minerals, one is magnesium this helps to keep moving bowls.

    How to use: Before going to bed take 1 teaspoon of molasses. To improve the taste you can add them in juices or milk. In the morning you can mix it with peanut butter and take it with a toast.


    • Olive oil

    Olive oil contains natural minerals which help to stimulate the movement of bowls.

    How to use: In the morning take one tablespoon of olive oil with an empty stomach. For a better taste you can add lemon juice to mop away the constipation.

    • Increase the Fiber

    Increases fibers in your daily routine this is the best treatment against the constipation. Fibers go directly to the colon thus stimulating the movement of bowls. For an extra fiber take high containing fiber foods in vegetables take broccoli, artichokes and peas and in fruits take apple, berries and pears. Moreover, foods such as black beans, lentils, split peas, flax, bran, barley are pasta is enriched with fibers.

    • Take Plenty of Water

    For a good general healthy take almost 7-9 glass of water. This helps to wipe away the toxins and waste materials. Try to take water with an empty stomach at early morning.
