    Select a Name for Your NGO

    First you have to come up with suitable name for your NGO, then you have to go to Registrar of companies office that is near the District Offices so that you can register this name of your NGO.

    8 to 10 Members of Trustees are Required

    You should be having these documents if you want to get start with the registration of an NGO. You should be having at least 8 to 10 members of trustees. If you have been registering society then you should need 25 members.

    Office with Rent Agreement and Other Documents Details

    You should be having an office with rent agreement or it can be done with ownership papers of that land.     Submission of an Application to the Registrar of Companies

You should also be sending a copy of documents to ISPR (Inter Services Public Relations) or to some of your local Police Station just for the verification process.

    Getting a Letter of Clearness from ISPR
