In previous election result PMLN candidate Muhammad Riaz win this seat with a huge margin. During this election PPP candidate get second position. While in 2002 election Hafiz Salam Butt win this seat as an independent candidate. This year he gets support of various parties and he gets advantage. This year now total situations will change and few upsets are expected from various constituencies including NA 118.
